通过氟硅大单体与小分子乙烯基单体的自由基共聚,有望获得含氟硅的梳形接枝共聚物.以十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)为乳化剂,正十六烷(HD)为助乳化剂,偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,进行了甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)与氟硅大分子单体(V-PMTFPS)的细乳液共聚反应研究。详细考察了共聚反应温度、引发剂浓度、乳化剂与助乳化剂用量等因素对MMA转化率的影响,并利用核磁共振氢谱(1H-NMR)、示差扫描量热分析(DSC)等方法对共聚反应产物进行了表征。结果表明,MMA可与V-PMTFPS很好地共聚,且转化率较高,获得了有机硅接枝型共聚物,可为利用大单体技术制备含氟硅共聚物材料提供依据.
Fluorosilicone-containing comb-like graft copolymers may be obtained by the radical copolymerization of fluorosilicone macromonomer with vinyl monomers. By using sodium dodecyl sulfate( SDS) as the surfactant,hexadecane( HD) as the co-stabilizer,and 2,2'-azobis( isobutyronitrile)( AIBN) as the initiator,this paper studies the miniemulsion copolymerization of methyl methacrylate( MMA) with vinylterminated poly[methyl( 3,3,3-trifluoropropyl) siloxane]( V-PMTFPS). It investigates the effects of polymerization temperature,amount of surfactant,co-stabilizer and the initiator on the conversion of MMA.The composition and thermal properties of the obtained copolymers are also characterized by proton-nuclear magnetic resonance(1H-NMR) analysis and differential scanning calorimetry( DSC). The results show that MMA can be copolymerized well with V-PMTFPS,leading to high yields of graft copolymers. This study may be used as a basis for the preparation of fluorosilicone-containing copolymer materials with macromonomer technique.
