为得到准确的方法来表征多通道陶瓷纳滤膜,以溶质截留法研究多通道陶瓷纳滤膜的截留性能,考察不同相对分子质量的聚乙二醇(PEG)配比、过滤过程中跨膜压差及膜面流速对测定膜的截留相对分子质量准确性的影响.结果表明:选用相对分子质量分别为200、600、1 500、4 000及10 000的PEG配制成总质量浓度为3g/L的溶液作为表征陶瓷纳滤膜的基准物,采用跨膜压差为0.2 MPa,膜面流速为2 m/s可合理有效地表征陶瓷纳滤膜.
A standardized characterization method for multi-channel ceramic nanofiltration membranes was established.The retention properties of multi-channel ceramic membranes were examined by solute rejection method.The effects of different components of polyethylene glycol (PEG) on molecular weight cut-off (MWCO) of nanofiltration membranes were investigated.The influences of transmembrane pressure (TMP) and cross-flow velocity (CFV) on MWCO were considered.Results revealed that the feed solution contained PEG with molecular weight of 200,600,1 500,4 000,and 10 000 with concentration of 3 g/L was chosen to characterize ceramic nanofiltration membranes.The suitable operation conditions for ceramic nanofiltration membrane characterization were transmembrane pressure of 0.2 MPa and cross-flow velocity of 2 m/s.
