在150t顶底复吹转炉上对氮氩切换工艺和全程底吹N2工艺进行了试验研究。结果显示:在试验条件下,采用全程底吹N2工艺,当底吹N2强度不超过0.032m^3·min^-1·t^-1时,出钢前冶炼终点钢液氮的质量分数为0.0010%左右,与氮氩切换工艺相当。因此对于绝大部分钢种可以利用复吹转炉全程底吹N2的工艺进行冶炼,能够满足钢水质量要求。
The change-over from N2 to Ar and whole process bottom blowing N2 were studied by experiments in 150t top-bottom combined blowing converter, and the experimental results showed that the end-point nitrogen content is about 0. 0010 % which is equivalent to the end-point nitrogen content by change-over from N2 to Ar technology under experimental condition when providing nitrogen flow intensity does not exceed 0. 032 m^3. min^-1.t^-1. It was proposed that almost all steel grades could be melted by using whole process bottom blowing N2 technology and their nitrogen content could be able to meet the needs of quality demands.
