采用两步法制备纳米流体,选择两种不同材料的纳米流体的容器,并对不同容器中的纳米流体的凝固相变过冷度进行测试,探讨容器表面对纳米流体相变过冷特性的作用,分析受容器导热系数影响的纳米流体的降温速率、容器表面的接触角和粗糙度等参数因素对纳米流体过冷特性的影响,并确定上述参数中影响纳米流体过冷度的主要因素。
Nanofluids were prepared by two-step method. Vessels of two kinds of materials were chosen to contain the nanofluids. The subcooling degrees of solidification of the nanofluids in different containers were measured. The effect of vessel surface on the phase change properties of the nanofluids was investigated. The cooling rate influenced by thermM conductivity, the contact angle and roughness of vessel surface on the subeooling characteristics of the nanofluids were analyzed, and among these parameters the main factor that influenced the subcooling degrees of the nanofluid was determined.
