There is a close relationship between the tumorigenesis and tumor microenvironment. There exists a subpopulation of immunosuppressive innate immune cells derived from bone marrow, which are myeloid-derived suppressor cells(MDSCs). In recent years, many studies have pointed that MDSCs prevents tumors from the immunosurveillance of body and promotes the development, invasion and metastasis of tumor via a variety of molecular pathways and secretion of components which have a kind of ability of inhibiting T-cells. The inhibition on generation, activation and function of MDSCs has gradually become a new field of tumor therapy.
