以谷胱甘肽(GSH)为表面包覆剂,用水相法制备出Cd掺杂ZnS(Zn。Cd1-x S)量子点。用X射线衍射(XRD)、高分辨透射电镜(HRTEM)和等离子光谱(ICP)对样品进行表征。用荧光光谱(FL)和傅立叶红外光谱(FTIR)等技术对样品的光学性能进行研究。实验表明:样品为立方闪锌矿结构,粒径约2nm,在波长430~500nm有较强的荧光发射峰,且具有良好的荧光上转换性质。
Cd-doped ZnS(Znx Cd1-x S) quantum dots(QDs) were prepared via water phase synthetic technique with glutathione(GSH) as the surface coating agent. The structure, shape and size of QDs were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The optical properties were analyzed by fluorescence spectra (FL) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The parameters of GSH dosage, Cd dosage, pH, reaction temperature and time were optimized. The results showed that the QDs were cubic zinc blende, with the size of about 1-2 nm, and strong fluorescence emission peak in 430-500 nm,and good upconversion property was observed.
