目的：分析中西医结合治疗中重度痤疮的临床治疗效果。方法：80例中重度痤疮患者为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组40例。对照组采用单纯的西医治疗方法，观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合牛黄上清胶囊。比较两组的治疗效果。结果：经过2个治疗疗程之后，观察组的治疗总有效率为92．5％；对照组治疗总有效率为75．0％，比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。结论：使用中西医治疗中重度痤疮的临床效果比较满意。
英文摘要：
Objective ： To analyze the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of moderate and severe acne. Methods： 80 cases of moderate to severe acne patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group of 40 cases. The con- trol group was treated with western medicine, the observation group was given Niuhuangshangqing capsules on the basis of control group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results： After two treatment courses, the total effective rate of the observation group was 92. 5%, and the con- trol group was 75.0%, the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion： The clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine and Wese-ern medicine in treating moderate and severe acne is satisfactory.
