目的:研究了Hogstrom笔形束电子剂量计算算法的实现,验证了算法的可行性。方法:(1)从物理学的角度,论述了电子束剂量计算的基本原理;(2)论述了Hogstrom算法的实现过程;(3)使用实测数据对Hogstrom算法进行了验证。结果:Hogstrom算法的计算曲线与实验测量曲线有比较好的符合性。结论:Hogstrom笔形束算法是一种解决电子剂量计算问题的有效方法,具有一定的临床可行性。
Objectlve: Implementation of Hogstrom's pencil beam electron dose calcualtion is researched, and feasibility is demonstrated. Methods: (1)Based on physics principle, the basic principle of electron beam dose calculation was introduced. (2) The implementation process of Hogstrom algorithm was discussed. (3) The accuracy and fleasibility were vertified with measured data. Results: Comparisons with measured data and calculated results show the accuracy and feasibility of the algorithm. Conclusions: The Hogstrom algorithm is available to solve the problem of calculating electron beam dose and is feasible on clinic.condition.
