第三方物流用户(物流用户)与第三方物流供应商(物流供应商)的整合受到越来越多的学者和实践者的重视,然而我们对这种整合的影响因素以及整合对绩效的影响所知甚少.从物流用户的角度,研究探索了不同类型的信任、第三方物流整合以及整合双方绩效之间的关系.基于361家来自我国大陆、香港和台湾的数据,我们使用结构方程模型的方法,测试了信任—整合—绩效模型.结果发现善意信任和能力信任均正向影响第三方物流的整合.第三方物流整合正向影响物流用户的财务绩效以及用户感知的物流服务质量,然而,用户感知的服务质量不能直接影响物流用户的财务绩效.
The third-party logistics (3PL) integration between 3PL users and 3PL providers has received increasing attentions from scholars and practitioners. We know little about factors influencing 3PL,integration, and the influence of 3PL integration on performance. This paper explores relationships among different types of trust, 3PL integration, and the performance of 3PL user and providers. Based on 361 samples collected from mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan, structural equation model (SEM) analysis was used to examine the trust-integration-performance model. The results indicate that both goodwill trust and ability trust are positively related to 3PL integration. 3PL integration is positively related to service quality and financial performance, however, service quality is not directly related to 3PL users' financial performance.
