After analyzing of the existing Diffier-Hellman two parties key exchange protocol, a kind of multi-parties key agreement protocol based on elliptic curve was proposed. The intermediaries attack and replay attack can be effectively avoided and the security and practicability of the key agreement protocol were guaranteed when elliptic curve public-key cryptosystem was used in the key agreement authentication process.
