经济全球化的不断深入使得一切创新资源在相关组织机构之间流通共享,产业技术创新战略联盟应运而生。目前国内对技术创新战略联盟绩效评价方法的研究不少,但是如何系统地研究技术创新战略联盟绩效评价也成了一个问题。本文结合产业技术创新战略联盟绩效评价的度量、评价方法、其存在的问题及改进建议,进一步研究产业技术创新战略联盟绩效评价。

Economic globalization makes all the innovation resources among related organizations sharing. Industrial technology innovation strategy alliance emerges as the times require. There are many researches on the method of performance evaluation of strategic alliance of technological innovation, but the evaluation of strategic alliance of technology innovation performance system has become a problem. This combination of industry technology innovation strategic alliance performance evaluation, evaluation methods of angle measurement, the existing problems and suggestions for improvement, further research on industrial technology innovation strategic alliance performance evaluation.
