与以往研究主要侧重于微观视角的物流服务供应链绩效评价不同,本文运用利益相关者理论,结合数据可获得性原则构建了包括微观层面(功能性物流服务提供商、集成商和物流服务消费者)和宏观层面(政府、社区及其居民)的物流服务供应链绩效评价体系,并详细阐述了各指标的计量方法。然后,以浙江传化物流为主导的物流服务供应链为研究对象,运用三角模糊数等方法,对其2004.2011年间的绩效进行评价,揭示其变化规律,为进一步改善绩效提升物流服务供应链竞争力提供决策对策。
As previous studies focused mainly on the microscopic perspective of logistics service supply chain performance evaluation, this paper, using the stakeholder theory and combined with the principles of data availability, constructs logistics service supply chain performance evaluation system, including the micro-level and macro level and elaborates the method of measurement of various indicators. Then, with Zhejiang Chuanhua logistics-oriented service supply chain as the research object, we use triangular fuzzy number method to evaluate its 2004-2011 performance and reveal its variation to provide countermeasures for further improving the performance and upgrading logistics service supply chain competitiveness.
