在相变材料中填充高孔隙率泡沫金属能有效改善相变材料的传热性能。主要研究了填充高孔隙率泡沫铝后对石蜡导热系数的影响,利用Fluent及其前处理软件Gambit建立模型,并模拟结果。结果显示加入泡沫铝能使温度分布均匀,缩短相变时间,提高储热效率。
Filling metal foam in the phase change material(PCM) can improve the heat transfer performance effectively. The paper explores chiefly the changement of coefficient of heat conductivity after filling metal foam. The paper creates model and analogue result by making use of Fluent and its fore treatment software Gambit. The result shows that filling metal foam can make temperature distribution homogeneous, shorten the time of phase change, and increase efficiency of energy storage.
