在实验室条件下模拟CSP工艺制备Hi-B钢,借助EBSD和XRD技术对常化工艺下Hi-B钢初次及二次再结晶组织与织构的演变规律进行了研究。结果表明:常化处理使热轧时基本不析出的AlN粒子大量析出,这种变化对Hi-B钢初次再结晶组织与织构没有明显影响,却大幅度提高了二次再结晶晶粒尺寸,有利于形成锋锐的Goss织构。
CSP technology was simulated to product Hi-B steel in laboratory,evolution of microstructure and texture of the primary and secondary recrystallization of Hi-B steel in normalizing process were studied by EBSD and XRD technique. The results were as follows: A lot of AlN particles,which almost didn't precipitate during hot rolling,precipitated during normalizing. This change had no obvious effect on microstructure and texture of primary recrystallization,however,it greatly improved the grain size of secondary recrystallization, which was in favor of sharp Goss texture.
