目的探讨海藻玉壶汤中海藻甘草反药组合对大鼠肝肾功能的影响。方法将Wistar大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、阳性药组、海藻玉壶组、去海藻组、去甘草组、去海藻甘草组,除空白组外,其余各组灌服丙硫氧嘧啶复制甲状腺肿大模型,以优甲乐0.02mg/kg作为阳性对照药,各组分别给予相应药物14g/kg,1次/d,连续28d。检测各组大鼠肝脏、肾脏系数,血清中肝功能和肾功能相关指标。结果模型组及各给药组大鼠的肝脏系数明显低于正常组和阳性药组(P〈0.05),模型组大鼠的丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)数值明显高于正常组,阳性药组、去海藻组、去甘草组以及去海藻甘草组对3项指标均有向正常值回归的趋势。与空白组和模型组比较,去海藻组白蛋白(ALB)升高,去海藻甘草组ALB降低,均有显著性差异(P〈0.05);去甘草组球蛋白(GLB)数值明显低于空白组和模型组(P〈0.05);模型组、去甘草组、去海藻甘草组总蛋白(TP)值低于空白组(P〈0.05)。模型组、海藻玉壶汤组、去海藻组和去海藻甘草组尿素氮(BUN)高于空白组(P〈0.05),去甘草组和去海藻甘草组尿酸(UA)低于模型组(P〈0.05),肌酐(Scr)各组无明显差别。结论海藻玉壶汤中海藻和甘草反药配伍对大鼠肝肾功能无明显影响。
object To investigate the influences of antagonistic medicianl combination of Haizao (Sargassum) and Gancao ( Radix Glycyrrhizae) in Haizao Yuhu Tang on functions of liver and kidney in rats. Method All Wistar rats were randomly divided into blank group, model group , positive drug group, whole formula group, non-Haizao group, non-Gancao group and non-Haizao non-Gancao group, and except of normal group, other groups were orally given propyhhiouracil for establishing goiter model. Taking Euthyrox 0. 02 mg/kg as a positive control drug, and all groups were given corresponding medicinal 14 g/kg once a day for 28 d. The coefficients of liver and kidney and serum indexes related to liver and kidney functions were detected in rats of all groups. Results The coefficients of liver was significantly lower in model group and all Chinese medicinal groups than that in normal group and positive drug group (P 〈 0.05 ). The levels of ALT, AST and ALP were significantly higher in model group than that in normal group, and trended to normal in positive drug group, non-Haizao group, non-Gancao group and non-Haizao non-Gancao group. Compared with normal group and model group, the level of albumin (ALB) increased in non-Haizao group and decreased in non-Haizao non-Gancao group ( P 〈 0.05 ). The value of globulin (GLB) was significantly lower in non-Gancao group than that in normal group and model group (P 〈0.05), and value of total protein (TP) was lower in model group, non-Gancao group and non-Haizao non-Gancao group than that in normal group ( P 〈 0.05 ). The level of blood urea nitrogen (BUN) was higher in model group, whole formula group, non-Haizao group and non-Haizao non-Gancao group than that in normal group ( P 〈 0.05 ). The level of uric acid (UA) was lower in non- Gancao group and non-Haizao non-Gancao group than that in model group (P 〈 0. 05 ). The level of serum creatinine (Scr) had no significant difference among all groups. Conclusion The antagonisti
