家族企业是我国总体经济中的关键组成部分,目前开始进入接班高峰期。针对一些原本非常优秀的家族企业在传承后企业绩效每况愈下的现象,已有的研究主要中于"传贤还是传亲"和"接班人胜任力"等方面,但发展经济学中的"资源诅咒"理论却从另一个角度对家族企业的"富不过三代"现象给予了解释:家族企业准接班人的亲情寻租行为以及腐败行为、企业家精神耗散和战略创业能力的欠缺,都是"资源诅咒"理论在家族企业中的微观体现,也是家族企业在传承过程中产生问题的根源所在。
Family enterprises are becoming a key component of China's overall economy,and begin to enter the peak period of succession,but the performance of a number of originally well-developed family enterprises is getting worse after succession.The existing researches mainly focus on "who is the successor? The offspring or the capable man?" and "the successors' competency".However,"resource curse" theory from Development Economics gives a new explanation to the phenomenon in the family enterprises that "a family can't be always rich over three generations".The rent-seeking and corruption behaviors in family enterprises succession,dissipation of entrepreneurship,as well as a lack of strategic entrepreneurship are all microcosmic manifestations of "resource curse" theory in family enterprises,which is proved to be the essential root for the problem in family enterprises succession.
