通过分析来自223家非营利组织的问卷调查数据,开发并检验了中国本土化的非营利组织市场导向量表,包括顾客导向、信息收集、内部协调、行动反应和强调生存5个维度。同时借鉴平衡计分卡的思想,开发了非营利组织绩效评价问卷,为研究非营利组织市场导向与绩效间的关系提供了可信赖的测量工具。实证结果显示,非营利组织市场导向对绩效有正向的影响作用,并且市场导向的不同组成维度对绩效的影响存在差异性。
In this study, by analyzing the questionnaire from 223 nonprofit organizations (NPOs) under the Chinese context, we develop and verify the scale of market orientation (MO) of NPOs which has a multi-dimensional construct, including customer orientation, organizational coordination, intelligence generation, organizational responsiveness and emphasis on surviving. This study also develops and verifies the scale of nonprofit organizational performance on the basis of Balanced Scorecard. Empirical results obtained from stepwise regression reveal that MO has significant positive impact on performance of NPOs and different dimension of MO has different impact on performance.
