针对传统的LC串联谐振式双向DC/DC变换器,在负载加重时开关管的开关损耗增加,带来系统效率的下降的问题,以一种LC串联谐振式带变压器隔离的双向全桥DC/DC变换器为研究对象,建立该变流器的近似等效电路模型。通过对变换器的工作原理和控制特点进行分析,提出一种在宽范围负载变化下,DC/DC变换器逆变侧和整流侧的开关器件均能实现软开关的控制策略,并提高了系统的效率。仿真和实验结果都验证了文中所提出方法的正确性和可行性。
The problem of traditional LC series resonant bidirectional DC/DC converter is that the switching loss increases and the system efficiency declines with the variation of load. In this paper, to solve the problem, a LC series resonant transformer isolated bidirectional full bridge DC/DC converter is taken as research object. Based on the design of approximate equivalent circuit model and analysis of its princi- ple operation and control characteristics of this converter, a control strategy which can achieve soft-switc- hing for power switches in inverter side and rectifier side with wide variation of load is proposed. The va- lidity and feasibility of proposed control scheme are verified through simulation and experiment results.
