针对环境污染日益成为中国经济发展中的制约因素,以中国西部资源富集省份陕西省为例,采用库兹涅茨曲线理论,对陕西省1996~2006年面板数据进行分析,结果表明:陕西省人均GDP与工业废水、工业废气、工业固废排放量关系分别呈现U型加倒U型、倒U型以及N型形态.陕西省作为资源富集省份,正处于工业化快速发展阶段,仍将面临巨大的环境压力,必须深入探索经济增长方式转变路径,通过穿越"新型工业化隧道",施行生态经济发展模式.
As environmental pollution has increasingly restricted China's economic development the authors,taking the western province Shaanxi,which is rich in resources,as an example,analyzed its panel data from 1996 to 2006 with Enviromental Kuznets Curves(EKC).The results show that the relationships of Shaanxi's GDP per capita with its industrial wastewater,industrial wastegas and industrial solid waste emissions take an U plus an inverted U shape,an inverted U shape and a N shape.As a resource rich province,Shaanxi,experiencing a phase of fast industrialization,still faces an enormous enviromental pressure.Therefore,it must thoroughly explore the converted path of economic growth mode and make every effort to implement ecological model of economic development through the "new industrialization tunnel".
