英文摘要：
Protection of patents is closely connected with enterprise investment. Patent protection which propels the implementation of technical achievements and reduces investment risks is the motive power of enterprise technical investment. This kind of investment has become a major form of investment of enterprises. The capitalization of patent right has two forms, transference of patent right and licensing the right. In China, securilization of patent emerges as a new issue in the investment domain. Along with the extension of the business scope of patent capital, securilization presents an irresistible tendency.
