With the roof＇s characteristics of SanBao Community Building in HeGang, we contrasted and analyzed the Rib- Beam roof composed of regular one - way reinforced concrete slab and prestressed concrete primary and secondary beams, the two- way unbounded prestressed concrete roof supported by beams on four edges composed of the framework of prestressed concrete beams and two- way unbounded prestressed slab. Considering the section dimensions, materials usage, the overall cost, functionality, and many other factors, we have finalized a two - way unbounded prestressed concrete Floor- access program for the project, and briefly introduced the program design process. The results may be provided references for similar engineering projects.
