测定了LaNi5基储氢合金的相成分,晶体结构和电化学性能.电化学测试是以合金粉制成负极,以烧结Ni(OH)2为正极,以6mol/L KOH溶液为电解液,制成开口式MH—Ni二次电池,在室温下测定的.结果显示,Cr部分替代LaNi4.7Si9.3合金中的Si形成的kNi4.7Si0.3-xCrx合金均为CaCu5结构,未改变原合金的晶体结构.其中LaNi4.7Si0.22Cr0.08明合金具有较高的放电容量,较好的放电平台和较快的活化速度.小电流放电性能比大电流放电好.
The phase composition, crystal and electrochemical properties of LaNi5 -based alloy were investigated. The electrochemical testing was examined in a half-cell with 6mol/L KOH solution at room temperature, negative electrode was prepared by alloy powder, plastic- bonded Ni(OH)2 was used as the positive electrode. The results show that the structure of the alloys, by partial substitution of Cr for Si in LaNi4.7Si0.3, is CaCu5 -type, the addition did not cause the change of the LaNi4.7Si0.3-xCrx alloys structure. The LaNi4.7Si0.22Cr0.08 alloy has higher discharge capacity, better discharge plateau and faster activation rate. The properties of discharge capacity at little current discharge are better than that at big current discharge.
