本文对具有高部分负荷驼峰的水泵水轮机泵工况进行了定常数值模拟和分析,并与实验结果进行了对比。结果表明:在网格生成时考虑流道边壁y-plus分布、并采用SST k-ω湍流模型能够较准确地模拟出可逆式水轮机泵工况下扬程-流量曲线的驼峰特性。通过进一步内部流动的分析发现,转轮进出口处的两段区域的流态和驼峰的形成有密切的联系。
In this work,steady flows in the reversible hydro-turbines with head-discharge curves featured by high part-load positive slopes were simulated and analyzed,and the calculation was compared with measurements.The results show that the SST k-ω turbulence model with a grid size variation with y-plus near solid walls can accurately simulates the maximum point and its adjacent points on the positive-slope performance curve.Analysis shows that the flow patterns near the impeller inlet and outlet are closely related to the positive slope of the performance curve.
