MicroRNAs （miRNAs） are a class of evolutionarily conserved, endogenous, small, noncoding RNA, which posttranscriptionally control the proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis and ontogeny of cells , etc. MicroRNAs also are colsely interrelated with the pathogenesis and development of cancer. We reviewed the microRNAs related with breast cancer and bow they controlled the development of breast cancer through regulating the expression of targeted genes.
