英文摘要：

Based on the data of the financial poverty relief funds and investment behavior characteristics of farmers , the paper uses econometric model to test the time series variables through regression analysis , vector autoregressive model analysis and Granger causality tests .The results show that there is a positive correlation between the investment behavior of farmers and expenditure of production development and social development in financial poverty relief funds , the elasticity coefficients are 94.9 percent and27.1 percent between them in the lag time of 1 and 2 .But there is a negative correlation between the investment behavior of farmers and ex-penditure of infrastructure in financial poverty relief funds .The results of Granger tests show that there is an interaction relationship between the financial poverty relief funds and investment behavior of farmers , the in-vestment behavior of farmers is the Granger reason of the production development funds in the lag time of 1 and 2, and the social development and infrastructure funds is the Granger reason of investment behavior of farmers .
