SAR有源压制干扰抑制效果评估方法研究

合成孔径雷达(SAR)是对地观测和军事侦察的重要手段,但SAR非常容易受电子干扰的影响.SAR干扰技术的发展也促进了抗干扰技术的发展,现代SAR系统往往采用多种抗干扰技术.干扰抑制效果的评估是衡量一种抗干扰方法有效性以及SAR系统抗干扰性能的一项综合性指标.本文针对有源压制干扰,将干扰抑制效果评估方法划分为主观评估方法和客观评估方法.对于主观评估方法,引入了图像质量等级改善因子的概念,提出了基于图像质量等级评估标准的主观评估法,该方法可以在一定程度上降低主观评估结果的随机性和主观性.对于客观评估方法,研究了基于回波能量的评估方法和基于图像质量指标的评估方法,给出了具体的评价指标,可以客观、定量的对干扰抑制效果进行评估.最后分别采用点目标和面目标对客观评估方法进行了仿真验证,结果表明了方法的可行性和有效性.

Synthetic aperture radar (SAR)plays an important role in earth observation and military reconnaissance fields, but the SAR systems are susceptible to electronic counter measures (ECM). The development of SAR ECM also promoted the SAR electronic counter- countermeasures(ECCM) ,generally,modern SAR systems typically can use a variety of anti- jamming technology. ECCM effectiveness measure is a method to verify the effectiveness of an anti-jamming technology as well as to measure the anti-jamming performance of the SAR system. In this paper, the methods for ECCM effectiveness measure were divided into subjective evaluation methods and objective evaluation methods. For the subjective evaluation, the improvement factor of image quality grade was introduced, and an image quality grade evaluation criteria based method was proposed, which could be subjective to reduce the randomness and subjectivity. For the objective evaluation, the methods based on echo and based on image quality index were proposed respectively, and the specific evaluation indexes were given ,which could be used to evaluation objectively and quantitatively. Finally, point target and area target were used to verify the objective evaluation methods, the simulation results showed that the method was feasible and effectively.
