用完全液相法制备添加不同铯含量的Cu-Zn-Al催化剂并用H2-TPR、NH3-TPD、XRD和BET等技术对其进行了表征,考察了铯的添加对催化剂催化合成气制乙醇性能的影响。结果发现:铯的加入对于催化剂比表面和平均孔径均有较为明显的影响,改变催化剂金属粒子大小,影响催化剂表面酸碱性分布,进而对甲醇、乙醇、烃类的选择性和催化剂的CO转化率均有较明显的影响,随着铯加入量的增加乙醇选择性呈现先增后减的趋势,在n(铯)/n(铜)为3%时,乙醇选择性达到最高值为18.3%。
Cu-Zn-Al catalysts with different amount of Cs were prepared by complete-liquid-phase technique and characterized by H2-TPR, NH3-TPD, XRD and BET, and the effect of Cs promoter on the catalytic performances of the catalysts in synthesis of ethanol from syngas was investigated. Results showed that the addition of Cs could affect the surface area and average pore size of catalyst significantly and change the metal particle sizes and acid and base site distribution of catalyst, which resulted in marked changes in the selectivities of methanol, ethanol and hydrocarbon and the conversion of CO. With the increasing amount of Cs, the selectivity of ethanol increased firstly then decreased, and it reached the highest value of 18.3% at the Cs/Cu molar ratio of 3%.
