以宁糯麦1号为材料进行水培试验,用5%、10%、15%(W/V)PEG6000(聚乙二醇)进行模拟干旱胁迫,研究其各种保护酶活性及脂质过氧化物含量的变化。结果表明,通过干旱胁迫,小麦幼苗相对含水量和叶绿素含量均呈下降趋势,叶绿素荧光参数Fo升高,Fv/Fm和PIabs降低,其电导率呈上升趋势;超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)与过氧化物酶(POD)活性呈先上升后下降,丙二醛(MDA)含量则呈上升趋势,而超氧阴离子(O2-)含量呈先上升后下降然后再上升;叶绿体结构发生的变化不明显,主要是嗜锇滴明显增多。
"Ningnuomai l"treated with 5% ,10% ,15% (W/V) PEG6000 (polyethylene glycol) was used to investigate activities of various protective enzymes and lipid qualitative changes in peroxide concentration. The results showed that the relative water content and chlorophyll content of wheat seedlings declined after drought stress, but chlorophyll fluorescence parameters Fo increased, Fv/Fm and PIabs reduced and electrical conductivity rose. The activities of SOD, CAT and POD increased at the beginning and then decreased. MDA was in an upward trend, while the 02 - firstly rose, then fell and then rose again. Changes in chloroplast structure were not obvious, and mainly osmiophilic droplets increased significantly.
