利用光子轨道角动量(OAM)可以大幅度提高通信系统的频谱效率和容量,从而满足未来通信容量不断增长的需求。以InP基半导体外延材料为基础,设计了一种将分布反馈(DFB)半导体激光器与OAM光转换器件集成在一起的有源半导体OAM光束发射器,并对这种结构进行了参数设计和模型仿真。
Orbital angular momentum(OAM)can significantly enhance the spectral efficiency and capacity of communication systems so as to meet the future demand for communication capacity.In this paper,proposed is an InP-based semiconductor OAM beam emitter that integrates a distributed feedback(DFB)laser with an OAM converter,and numerical simulations are carried out to determine the structural parameters and device performance.
