从青海察尔汗盐湖的沉积物中分离出1株耐盐苯酚降解菌,经16S rRNA序列分析鉴定为Brachybacterium sp.PDB-G1(Gen Bank序列号为KM658980)。该菌株在8%的总盐度下最高能耐受质量浓度1 200 mg/L的苯酚,在72 h内对初始质量浓度为500 mg/L苯酚的降解率可达90%以上。PDB-G1可在5%~12%的高盐条件下有效去除高含量苯酚。培养温度和p H对菌株PDB-G1生长和苯酚降解率具有较大影响,其适宜生长和降解温度为30℃、p H为7.0~7.5。PDB-G1具有盐适应范围广、耐盐含量高、苯酚降解能力强及降解速率快等优点,在高盐含酚废水生物处理中具有较大的应用潜力。
A halotolerant phenol degrading strain was isolated from the sediment of Qarhan Salt Lake, Qinghai province. The bacterium was identified as Braehybacterium sp. PDB-G1 by using 16S rRNA sequence analysis (GenBank accession number being KM658980). The strain was able to tolerate up to 1 200 mg/L mass concentration of phenol and the removal rate could reach more than 90% while initial mass concentration of phenol was 500 mg/L within 72 h at 8% total salinity. High concent of phenol could be degraded by strain PDB-G1 at total salt concentrations ranging in 5%-12%. The culture temperature and pH had much effect on growth and phenol degradation by strain PDB-G1, and the optimum environmental conditions for phenol degradation was 30 ℃ and pH being 7.0-7.5. The advantages of the salt tolerance and phenol degradation properties of strain PDB-G1 indicated its high potential aoolication on the biotreatment of hvoersaline phenol-containing industrial wastewater.
