目的：对针灸治疗抑郁相关临床文献发病量进行趋势分析,了解针灸治疗抑郁的现况及发展趋势。方法：采用循证医学方法,在中国生物医学文献等数据库中电子计算机结合手工检索查找1989年-2008年针灸治疗抑郁的相关文献,运用SPSS 18.0统计软件进行数据处理,计算频数、频率和构成比,并用非参数的Runs检验进行分析。结果：针灸治疗抑郁相关文献发表数量呈逐年增加趋势,经游程检验Z=-3.972,P〈0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论：针灸作为治疗抑郁的一种新兴疗法近年来越来越多地受到人们的重视,但随机对照文献相对较少,需要开展严格的临床随机对照研究。

英文摘要：

Objective：To do trend-analysis of related articles on acupuncture and moxibustion in treating depression and investigate the currency and development trend of it.Methods：Use of evidence-based medicine approach combining manual and computer to find out the related articles on acupuncture and moxibustion in treating depression in the database of Chinese Science and Technology Journals in the year of 1989-2008,taking data analysis and statistics with SPSS 18.0 statistical software.Calculation of frequency,frequency and composition ratio,and non-parameters Runs tests for quantitative analysis has been done.Results：The numbers were definitely increasing.In the runs tests,the result had statistical sense（Z=-3.972,P〈0.05）.Conclusion：As a new method of treating depression in recent years,acupuncture had been paid more and more attention.Relevant literature on it was increasing,but the total number of randomized controlled trial（RCT） literature was small.More controlled study was necessary.
