In 1L semi-continuous tank reactor, researches the effects of sodium dodecylsulfate, potassium oxalate, mixture of sodium dodecylsulfate and potassium oxalate on formation process of methane hydrate. Results show the effect of sodium dodecylsulfate is better than the effects of potassium oxalate, mixture of sodium dodecylsulfate and potassium oxalate. Gas storage capacity of methane hydrate arrives 159.1 Vg· VH^- 1, formation rate of methane hydrate arrives 0.43 Vg· VH^- 1· min^- 1, they are better than the results reported in references.
