文章着重研究ERP系统蕴含的文化特点。通过比较企业文化建设与ERP实施两者之间的关系,对企业实施ERP和企业文化建设的协同性进行分析之后,提出了ERP实施与企业文化的匹配评价指标体系,并利用德尔菲法对具体企业的ERP实施进行实例分析和计算,从企业文化的协同性角度对企业实施ERP进行了评价。
英文摘要：
This paper focuses on cultural characteristics of the ERP system. Through the comparison of the relationship between the enterprise culture construction and the implementation of ERP, and the analysis of the collaborative between them, it puts forward the matching evaluation index system of ERP implementation and enterprise culture. After that, it uses Delphi method to analyze and compute the ERP implementation of a specific enterprise, and evaluates the ERP implementation of the company from collaborative angle.
