以钛酸丁酯为前驱体、无水乙醇为溶剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法和浸渍法制备了不同Ce、Nd掺杂量的TiO2/C复合材料光催化剂.通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT—IR)、固体粉末紫外漫反射等对样品进行了表征,并在紫外光照射下,以亚甲基蓝(MB)为降解物,研究了不同Ce、Nd含量样品的光催化性能.
TiO2/C composite material photocatalysts co-doped with different contents of Ce and Nd were prepared with sol-gel method and impregnation method, with tetrabutyl titanate as precursor and ethanol as solvent. Samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), and solid powder UV diffuse reflection. Under UV irradiation, with the methylene blue (MB) as a degradation product, the photocatalytic performances of samples with different contents of Ce and Nd were researched.
