重复经颅磁刺激是一种应用越来越广泛的非药物治疗神经系统疾病的技术手段,但是个体头部解剖结构及电磁刺激参数等因素均会影响其疗效,因此有必要在个体水平,通过建立数字头部解剖模型,仿真计算在不同参数组合下脑内电磁场分布情况,从而确定个性化的治疗方案。基于开源函数库,设计并实现了综合磁共振图像交互显示和分割重建、不同参数组合的电磁场仿真计算,双目定位追踪等功能在内的一套图像分割重建以及电磁场数值仿真计算的软件系统,便于临床确定最佳的rTMS治疗方案。
