介绍了现代试验设计方法中的均匀设计方法。对均匀设计表作了改进,提出了余表的构造。余表用于搜索优化方向。借助配方试验设计方法提出了配方设计表的设计方案,以此选择最佳初始选代点。以函数求极值问题作为算例,验证了均匀设计方法的可行性。进而考察了体积约束条件下受横向均布荷栽作用的弹性薄板的刚度优化问题,给出了优化后两端简支两端自由方板的厚度分布。结果表明均匀设计的思想可以用于结构优化设计问题。
The uniform design, a method of experimental design, is introduced. The concept of residual table is created and the residual table is used to select the optimal direction in the process of optimization. The compound experimental design which is a method used to make a compound experiment is introduced, and by which, a compound design table is cre- ated and the optimum initial iteration point is found out. As a case, the minimum of function is studied to verify the feasibility of this new idea. The optimal design for maximum stiffness of the elastic plate under volume constraints is studied. The result shows that the uniform design method is efficient for the structural optimization.
