在阐述开关电磁铁结构原理并分析其特性的基础上,对其比例特性进行了实验研究。通过概率分析实验结果可知:开关电磁铁可提取1 mm左右的稳定比例控制区间,可用在具有位移放大功能的比例控制阀上,取代比例电磁铁;其实测所得的电流-力特性表明:在输出位移为1.5、2.5 mm时,线性度较好,电磁力较相近。
On the basis of principle instructing and characteristic analysis of switching solenoid,its proportional characteristic was studied by an experiment. Probability analysis of experimental results was shown: switching solenoids had stable proportional control interval which was about 1 mm wide. It could be used on the proportional valve with displacement enlarging instead of proportional solenoid. Experimental results of current-force characteristic show that its linearity is good and the output electromagnetic force is similar,when the output displacement was 1. 5 mm and 2. 5 mm.
