针对浮式液化天然气(FLNG)装置重大危险源的密集而导致的模块安全问题,提出基于定量风险评估的模块安全间距确定方法。在研究模块安全布置合理性的基础上,采用事件树分析方法计算泄漏事故频率,基于火灾爆炸理论模型研究事故后果,根据安全目标进行事故场景的选择。应用定量风险评估理论计算人员风险、经济风险和多米诺效应风险,并建立风险值与模块间距的关系,从模块和装置2个层次进行风险可接受性分析,确定模块安全间距。实例分析结果表明:该方法合理可行,可为大型装置的模块安全间距确定提供思路。
Aiming at module safety issue resulted from intensive major hazards on FLNG,the mod- ule safe distance determination methods based on quantitative risk assessment were proposed. Based on modules safe layout rationality research, spill frequencies were calculated by event tree analysis and consequences were studied by fire and explosion theory, accident scenes were selected based on security target, personnel risk, economic risk and domino effect risk were calculated by application of quantitative risk assessment theory. The relationships between risk value and mod- ule spacing were established, the acceptability of risk from two aspects of module and device was analyzed to determine the module safe distance. The example analysis results show that the meth- od is reasonably practicable. It provides a method for setting safe distance between modules for large plants.
