在考虑双迭片之间的相互耦合作用的基础上,研究了自由边界条件下的双迭片弯曲振动复合压电换能器的设计方法。从压电方程和弹性力学的运动方程出发,推导出了自由边界条件下的复合压电振子的严格频率方程,并利用有限元软件进行了仿真计算。最后,加工了数个换能器,对其频率及振幅作了测试。结果表明:理论计算频率与实际测试频率相符,可以依据此理论计算设计实际用弯振换能器。
Considering the coupling between two slices,we study the design of composite bending vibration piezoelectric transducer under free boundary condition. From the piezoelectricity equation and elasticity theory's equation of motion,the strict frequency equation of composite piezoelectric vibration under free boundary condition is given. Simulation is carried out by using the finite element software. Finally,several transducers are made and their frequency and amplitude are tested. The results indicate that the frequency of theoretical calculation is in agreement with the actual test frequency. The bending vibration piezoelectric transducers can be designed based on the theoretical calculation.
