为取代黏土砖多层住宅结构,提出带斜筋单排配筋混凝土剪力墙多层节能住宅结构,其抗震性能显著优于砖砌体结构,且与普通混凝土剪力墙结构相比,具有施工简便、造价低的特点,便于推广应用。为了解该新型结构体系中T形截面剪力墙的抗震性能,对1个单排配筋T形截面混凝土剪力墙和1个带斜筋单排配筋T形截面混凝土剪力墙进行低周反复荷载试验,对比分析其承载力、延性、刚度、滞回特性、耗能能力及破坏特征。试验研究表明,斜筋可以有效限制剪力墙的基底剪切滑移,使得带斜筋单排配筋T形截面混凝土剪力墙的抗震性能明显优于不带斜筋单排配筋T形截面混凝土剪力墙,可以更好地满足多层住宅结构抗震设计要求。
In order to substitute the clay-brick multi-storey residential structure, the energy-saving multi-storey residential RC shear wall structure with bidirectional single row of steel bars and inclined reinforcements is advised. Its seismic performance is much better than that of the brick masonry structure. It has simpler construction and lower cost compared with ordinary reinforced concrete shear wall structure, and has convenience to be popularized and applied. To study the seismic performance of the new T-shaped shear wall, the low cyclic reversed loading tests of one T-shaped shear wall with bidirectional single row of steel bars and another with bidirectional single row of steel bars and inclined reinforcements were carried out. The comparative analysis of bearing capacity, ductility, stiffness, hysteresis characteristic, energy dissipation capacity and failure characteristics of the two shear walls was made. The results show that the seismic performance of T- shaped shear wall with inclined reinforcements is obviousls better than the wall without inclined reinforcements because the inclined reinforcements can prevent base sliding of the shear wall. The T-shaped shear wall with bidirectional single row of steel borrs and inclined reinforcements can better meet the requirements of seismic design of multi-story residential structure.
