目的电子商务行业竞争激烈,人才流失频繁,提高员工满意度有利于留住人才,增强企业竞争力。方法运用工作满意度理论,设计问卷对某电商物流公司(以下简称“W”物流公司)的物流员工进行工作满意度测评研究。结果社会需求满意度、人际关系满意度、基本感知满意度、员工期望满意度、薪资满意度对总体满意度影响较高,激励需求满意度、公平对总体满意度影响较低。结论对影响员工满意度的不仅仅是物质层级的因素,还有精神层级的因素,且精神层次的满意度是影响总体满意度的主要因素。因此,企业不仅要注意员工物质层级的满意度,更要关注员工精神层级的满意度。
Objective With the heated competition in electronic commerce, the brain drain becomes more fre- quent. Improve employee satisfaction is helpful to retain talent and enhance their own competitiveness. Methods Based on the theory of job satisfaction ,we use the questionnaire survey to survey logistics employees'job satisfaction in a certain electricity logistics company (hereinafter referred to as the "W" logistics company). Results Satisfaction of social demand, relationship, basic perception, expectation and compensation have higher impact on overall satisfac- tion, satisfaction of incentive and fairness have lower impact on overall satisfaction. Conclusion The enterprise should not only pay attention to the material levels of satisfaction, but also pay more attention to the mental levels of satisfaction.
