目的:介绍近一两年来以英文为主的国际听力学文献,以国际会议、主要杂志编辑部推荐的文章为主,使读者能够基本了解发达国家本专业的发展趋势。本文侧重于基础听力学研究和诊断听力学的进展。 资料来源:应用计算机检索Medline和听力学主要杂志(Ear and Hearing,The Hearing Journal,The Hearing Review、Journol of the Acotteric Socity of Americoa,The Journol of the Americoa Academy of Audiology等),检索时间为2003/2005,检索词限定为“audiology,hearingaid,aural rehabilitation,hearing science”,并限定语言种类为英文。 资料选择:对所检索到的文献进行初审,选取影响力比较大的作者、涉及面比较广泛的文章,而且作者以往同类文章较多或被引用次数较多。选文时,参考主要杂志编辑部推荐或特邀作者的综述类文章,同时参考以往重要国际会议专题报告入选的文章。这样有利于读者在短时间内了解听力学研究整体概况,然后根据需要查找相关文献。对于耳外科学等相关领域则基本不予涉及。 资料提炼:供查找文献100余篇,筛选出50篇。资料综合:鉴于国内听力学尚未形成独立的大学科,所以将全部文章归为2类:①听觉科学:一般指基础听力学的研究,包括文献22篇。②诊断听力学:包括文献28篇。结论:听力学在专业人员的努力下,借助于生物、医学、电子、声学、教育和计算机等专业的发展,近年来取得了飞速发展,许多观念需要更新。
OBJECTIVE: To introduce recent English articles for audiology development according to the international literatures. The recommendations are mainly from the major journals, congress and editorial introductions in order for readers to know the trend of the professional development of audiology. This paper focuses on basic research of hearing science and the clinical research of diagnostic audiology. DATA SOURCES: We searched Medline for the resources that focused on the major English journals of audiology such as Ear and He,wing, The Hearing Journal, The Hearing Review, Journal of the Acoustic Society of American, The Journal of the American Academy of Audiology, etc, published from 2003 to 2005 with the key words of "audiology, heating aid, aural rehabilitation, hearing science" in English. STUDY SELECTION: All searched articles were selected firstly. Then the articles whose author(s) were famous in his/her territories, and the ones that involved broad ideas on the same topics and cited by many other professionals were selected. The special topics were preferred, which were recommended by the editors of the journals or reviews made by special authors, Some special articles were also selected, which were reported in the important international congresses. This was good for readers to find out the interesting outlines of the international audiology development. The readers could find the details from the references. Articles on ear surgery were excluded. DATA EXTRACTION: More than 100 articles were searched, but only 50 of them were screened out. DATA SYNTHESIS: Because audiology was not an independent discipline at home, all materials were summarized in this article into tow domains: ① Hearing Science that mainly referred to basic audiological research, included 22 articles; ② Diagnostic audiology: Included 28 articles.
