以一种新型二冲程微型摆式内燃机(二冲程MFPSE)项目为背景,设计了样机点火模块。二冲程MFPSE中心摆位置由光电编码器的反馈信号得到,点火程序通过判断中心摆的位置来决定是否点火。通过试验验证,设计的点火模块除点火电压上升时间稍长以外,其他指标接近或优于高能点火系统,能够满足二冲程MFPSE对点火的要求,为样机的进一步研究奠定了基础。
Abstract: piston swing engine (MFPSE). The position of center pendulum for 2-stroke MFPSE was acquired by the feedback signal of photoelectricity coder, and the ignition action was determined by estimating the pendulum position with the ignition program. Through the verification of experiment, it was proved that the properties of designed ignition module were close to or better than those of high energy ignition system except that the ignition period was slightly longer, which could meet the ignition requirements of 2-stroke MFPSE and laid the foundation for further research.
