探讨芽变毛白杨的扦插生根机理,为提高毛白杨扦插生根率奠定理论基础。以芽变毛白杨及其亲缘种(毛白杨和大官杨)为试材,采用高效液相色谱方法分析扦插生根过程中芽变毛白杨及其亲缘种(大官杨和毛白杨)内源激素含量的动态变化。GA3含量在芽变毛白杨和大官杨不定根原基诱导期呈下降趋势,表达期呈上升趋势。大官杨和芽变毛白杨IAA含量在扦插生根阶段显著增加,且大官杨的IAA含量最高。ABA含量总体上呈现下降趋势,在扦插第14天,毛白杨的ABA含量最高,大官杨的ABA含量最低。GA3以及ABA抑制了毛白杨及其亲缘种插条不定根原基的形成,IAA含量以及IAA与ABA的比值可以作为判定毛白杨及其亲缘种生根难易的指标。
The aim of the study was to discuss the outrage rooting mechanism of the mutant of Populus tomentosaand so as to lay the theoretical foundation for enhancing the cuttage and rooting rate of P. tomentosoand. With the mutants of P. tornentosoand and its relative species ( P. tomentosaand and P. dakuanensis) as tested materials, the dynamic changes of endogenous hormones contents in mutant of P. tomentosaand and its relative species (P. dakunnensis and P. tomentosaand) in the cuttage rooting procedure were analyzed with HPLC method.GA3 content the decreasing trend in the induction period of adventitious root pfimordia of mutant of P. tomentosaand and P. dakuanensis and the inching trend in the expression period. IAA content in P. dakuanensis and mutant of P. tomentosannd was significantly increased in the cuttage and rooting phase and in P. dakuanensis was highest. ABA content Was increased as a whole and was highest in P. tomentosaand and lowest in P. dakuanensis on the 14th day after cuttage. GA3 and ABA restrained the formation of adventitious root primordia of P. tomentosannd and its relative species cuttage. IAA content and the ratio of IAA to ABA could be used as the indexes to determine whether the cuttage rooting of P. tomentosaand and its relative species was difficulty or easy.
