针对农业机械运动过程在课堂教学中抽象、不易模拟等问题,借助ADAMS软件建立机械系统模型,伴之以三维可视化处理,模拟在现实环境下农机系统的运动和动力特性,根据仿真结果精化和优化系统的设计过程,使学生能够快速准确地了解农机。ADAMS软件已成为农机教学中必不可少的辅助工具。

英文摘要:

Aiming at problems of abstract and not easy to simulate agricultural machinery movement process in classroom teach- ing, mechanical system model was built with the aid of ADAMS software. Motion and dynamic characteristics of agricultural ma- chinery system were simulated in real environment with 3D visualization. Design process of system was refined and optimized ac- cording to simulation results. It enabled students to understand agricultural machinery quickly and accurately. ADAMS software has become an indispensable tool in the teaching of agricultural machinery.
