本文对酪蛋白的性状、合成方法、活性物质及其存在形式、水解碘化氨基酸组成、作为饲料添加剂的不利影响以及检测方法研究现状进行了综述。
In this paper, the properties, synthesis, active compounds, composition of iodoamino acids, disadvantages using as feed additive and determining method development of iodinated casein were introduced.
