对洛阳地区的"洛阳红"、"五大洲"、"乌金耀辉"、"海黄"、"赵粉"和"脂红"等6个牡丹品种的茎、叶解剖结构进行了研究,探究不同品种牡丹的茎叶解剖结构与抗旱性的关系。结果表明:综合气孔密度、角质膜厚度、叶柄横切和导管特征等各方面因素,"脂红"、"洛阳红"、"赵粉"耐旱性较强,属于耐旱品种。
In order to identify the relationship betwteen the anatomical structure and drought resistance among six varieties cultivars of Paeonia suffruticosa Andr.in Luoyang,namely‘Luoyanghong’,‘Wudazhou’,‘Wujinyaohui’,‘Haihuang’,‘Zhaofen’and‘Zhihong’,their anatomical structures were compared.The results showed that the observation indexes of their stomatal frequency,cutin membranal thickness,rachis cross cut and characters of vessel elements were comprehensived,‘Luoyanghong’,‘Zhaofen’and‘Zhihong’of Paeonia suffruticosa Andr.had the stronger drought resistance.
