HSK刀柄在运行工程中,由于转子自身存在的不平衡,将会引起HSK工具系统的振动,而过大的不平衡量将大大影响HSK工具系统的加工精度,使其无法满足加工精度的需要。介绍了HSK刀柄不平衡振动的危害;针对HSK刀柄的特点,选择先进的测量方法来测量其不平衡量,并利用FFT变化进行了振动信号的重构,以便更准确提取HSK刀柄的信号特征;最后给出了HSK刀柄测量不平衡量的软件模块图,为今后的科学研究和HSK综合测量系统的开发提供了很好的依据。
HSK handle will cause vibration in operation because of the rotor imbalance,and the excessive unbalance will greatly influence the machining precision of HSK tool system,which can not meet the precision need.It described the hazards of HSK tool shanks unbalance vibration;chose the appropriate method for measuring unbalance and adopted FFT transform to reconstruct wavelet signal,so that more accurate vibration information could be extracted;Finally,the software module diagram for HSK tool shanks unbalance measurement was shown,which provided a better reference for scientific research and the development of the HSK integrated measurement system.
