英文摘要：
The title is the eye and the core of a news report. Good news title with me essence of a news report containing the most exciting, the most important and the most incisive information, can draw readers at- tention promptly. Good titles are featured as employment of intertextuality and rhythm, use of sharp contrast, use of Internet news title to add novelty, skillful quotation to add simplicity, and use of short verses to be clean-cut and clear. In this title-reading era, the making of news titles is so significant that some skills and principles must be adhered to, namely, endowing titles with culture connotation and elevated cultural fragrance, infusing novelty and colorfulness with an aura of time, making title vivid, dynamic and brisk.
