采用原子力显微镜定量观测了改性前后多聚磷酸改性沥青的分子结构变化,并通过图像处理软件,研究了改性沥青特征参数的变化,建立了改性沥青的微观结构与使用性能之间的关系。结果表明:沥青质面积、胶质面积、分散介质面积、沥青质长度、沥青质个数和最大胶团半径等微观结构参数与多聚磷酸剂量有较好的相关性,这些微观结构参数与针入度、软化点、延度等分级评价指标有较好的相关性,与抗车辙因子之间有较好的相关性。
The structural changes of the moleculer of the polyphosphoric acid modified asphalt is quantita-tively observed by atomic force microscopy before and after modified. Through the self-developed image processing software, this article studies the changes of the characteristic parameters of the modified as-phalt and establishes the relationship between the microstructure and the usage performance of the modi-fied asphalt. The results show that, these microstructure parameters such as area of asphaltenes, area of resins, area of saturates and aromatics, length of asphaltenes, number of asphaltenes and the maximum resins radius, have good correlation with the dose of polyphosphoric acid. These microscopic structure pa-rameter and the evaluation indexes such as penetration degree, softening point and ductility have good cor-relations. These microscopic structure parameters and the rut factor have good correlations.
